Lenten menu at the Syrovarnya!

From March 18 to May 4 in all Cheese Factory restaurants, guests will be offered a Lenten menu developed by the project's brand-chefs Alexei Medvedev and Alexander Nazarov.

We have been thinking about the concept of the Lenten menu for a long time, tasted the new products with the whole team and came to the conclusion: the best thing we can do is to take the dishes that Cheese Factory's guests love so much: pasta and pizza, salads and soups, desserts and appetizers, but prepare them in a Lenten interpretation. Thus, the menu includes juicy ravioli with mushrooms, crispy pizza with broccoli and zucchini and spicy Penne Arabiata.
This week our classic soups were helped by Lenten variations on the theme: corn cream soup and minestrone with spinach sauce - this is the very case when there is no need to choose between "useful" and "tasty". But the main favorite of the menu, according to our forecasts, will be vegetable salad with quinoa: in one plate we have collected key vitamins, minerals and fiber, which are so lacking at the beginning of spring.

Lent is no reason to give up on the legendary desserts from The Cheese Factory. We could not ignore the favorite of the last year and by numerous requests we have again added apple strudel with raspberry sorbet to the Lenten menu. The special offer also includes two sweet novelties - grape cake with green basil cream on chocolate and lingonberry sponge cake and soft carrot cake with prunes, cranberries and nuts.

Your favorite coffee or cocoa on vegetable milk, fruit and berry drinks will make a perfect pair of Lenten dishes.
