Eat Market is a gastronomic project that encompasses Moscow’s leading restaurant and culinary concepts. Featuring 40 restaurant projects and farmer product shops, the food hall is divided into two tiers. The first tier is kind of a self-service food market that is a home for outlets of Moscow’s and Saint Petersburg’s leading restaurant owners and a 1,700-seat zone. One can find European cuisine to the right from the entrance and Asian and Middle-East cuisine to the left. The mezzanine looks more sophisticated, offering the single menu with dishes from all the corners. Waiters serve all the visitors which adds a 10-percent fee to every bill.
