Based on the real events of 2014, the film tells the story of four-year-old Karina Chikitova from Yakutia, whose survival in the taiga for 12 days has turned into a global symbol of steadfastness and love of life, causing admiration and questions around the world. "Karina" has set a record for attendance and box office in Yakutia, a region with an incredibly strong world-class cinematography.
