How to wear a medical mask correctly:
1. Wash your hands with warm water and soap, or use a sanitizer. 2. Take out a clean mask from the package and place it parallel to your face. You should always hold the mask by the ear loops. 3. If the mask is two-colored, take it on with the colored side out, and white inside. 4. The side of the mask that has a stiff bendable edge is the top and is meant to mold to the shape of your nose. 5. Unfold the mask. 6. Extend it so it covers your face from the nose to the chin. 7. Make sure the mask fits tightly to the bridge of your nose. For that, mold or pinch the stiff edge to the shape of your nose and extend the mask to smooth out the pleats. 8. To take off the mask, hold it by the ear loops, lift it, fold it with the inside facing inward and throw it away.
