Several crab-based dishes have been added to the menu:
• Linguini in tomato sauce;
• Salad with avocado and honey-lemon dressing;
• and the much-loved bruschetta with Kamchatka crab, which is returning to the menu.
Other new items include zander with a light sour cream and cucumber sauce, zander cutlets with red caviar, oven-baked flounder, calamari with orzo, roast beef with tonnato sauce, chicken with adjika, and cabbage rolls in two versions – classic and with turkey.
