Trdelnik is a classic Czech pastry that takes the form of a cylinder and is baked either in a grill oven or directly over charcoal. It is entirely made of natural ingredients. The dough is rolled out on a wooden roller, coated with sugar, and fried for 3-4 minutes in a special trdelnik oven. The cooked trdelnik is lifted from the roller and either topped with your favourite toppings or left plain with a golden crispy shell.
The traditional topping is cinnamon sugar, but we also have almonds, coconut, walnuts, cheese with olives, chocolate, and other options to satisfy the most discerning tastes.
